📋 Description

• Map and document the client's processes in the domains covered by Fin-X, defining process boundaries and assumptions • Model the AS-IS in BPMN, highlighting pain points, risks, exceptions and control points • Gather volumes and evidence of bottlenecks based on operational data • Translate the AS-IS into a TO-BE aligned with the platform, with SLAs, exception handling and defined measurement points • Formalize business rules in a structured and testable way • Define the client's configuration matrix by module, including fields, profiles, authorization levels and approval flows • Map required integrations between HIS, ERP and insurer systems, including data exchanged, timing and integration failure scenarios • Specify data requirements, data mappings (de-para), validation rules and a data cleansing plan • Consolidate recurring field issues into structured input for the Product team • Support Implementation and Projects in validating configuration and in building test and acceptance scripts • Produce handover documentation • Define roles, handoffs and the cadence for monitoring the designed processes • Propose KPIs and an improvement roadmap • Build and maintain blueprints by customer profile • Serve as an internal process reference, supporting and training Sales, Implementation and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in process mapping and redesign, consulting or systems implementation, with autonomous project leadership • Strong command of BPMN modeling, with consistent use of events, gateways and messages • Ability to identify and map integration needs between systems and translate them into clear requirements • Experience reading data layouts, building data mappings and defining validation rules • Consultative profile with direct interaction with client managers and leadership • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication • Autonomy and organization to manage multiple clients and products simultaneously in a remote work setting • Pluses: experience in private/supplementary health; knowledge of hospital systems such as MV, Tasy/Philips, Soul MV or similar; business rules modeling in DMN or equivalent; experience in digital transformation or SaaS platform implementations; experience with patient journey, revenue cycle or physician billing/repayment; familiarity with Miro, Jira and Confluence
