📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia • Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels • Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit • Coordinate interview stages with hiring managers and keep the process moving • Maintain a well-organized and healthy recruitment pipeline • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights • Ensure a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience • At least 1 year of experience in international hiring • Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles • Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets • Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills • Good organizational skills and ownership mindset • Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher • Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools • Russian language skills would be a plus • Fintech experience would be a strong advantage
