📋 Description

• Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple sprinkler renovation projects • Process repair orders and prepare the corresponding quotations • Ensure contract-compliant project execution with regard to schedules, costs and revenues • Oversee complete change order management • Maintain customer contact and participate in construction/site meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the area of sprinkler systems • AutoCAD skills or experience with other design/CAD software • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Structured and results-oriented working style • Communicative, solution-oriented, and a team player
