📋 Description

• Work with enterprise account managers as a technical sales expert • Assist sales teams with technical presentations and serve as a technical knowledge resource • Conduct customer demonstrations and help qualify customer requirements • Build solutions addressing customer needs and explain how they solve customer problems • Detail Trellix differentiation from the competition • Provide support and guidance to prospective and current customers while collaborating with Sales Managers and partner organizations • Oversee solution sales activities to gain the technical win and customer trust • Help customers move securely into the cloud • Participate in solution-led sales calls and prospect visits • Gather requirements, develop use cases, and understand client needs and constraints • Present the Threat Defence Lifecycle and explain how it addresses customer needs and outcomes • Create unsolicited solution proposals and manage technical responses to RFIs/RFPs • Orchestrate virtual teams for comprehensive consultative responses • Lead proofs of concept through completion • Maintain knowledge of Trellix products, solutions, and sales propositions • Monitor cloud security trends and analyst reports to promote technical sales wins • Build trusted target-account relationships, manage customer issues, expand existing footprint, and promote displacements • Mentor SEs and share best practices • Lead technical account activities for Customer Executive Briefing events • Support customer beta activities and early adopter programs • Maintain technical SE activities in Salesforce • Participate in the Global Presales Enablement program by delivering formal classroom training • Follow Trellix corporate guidelines and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Turkish • Understanding of SecOps, XDR • Experience with Endpoint Security, EDR • Ability to form relationships at various levels • Customer-focused • Energized by working in regional teams • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams • Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions
