📋 Description

• Apply experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud to analyze accounts, contacts, opportunities, and other critical business data entities and processes • Translate business requirements and data-quality concerns into meaningful analysis, reports, dashboards, and recommendations • Develop queries and analytical datasets using Salesforce reporting, querying, and analytical tools • Analyze Salesforce data to identify inaccurate, incomplete, duplicate, inconsistent, or outdated records • Monitor data-quality metrics and trends across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud • Develop and maintain recurring data-quality reports, dashboards, and scorecards • Investigate data anomalies and exceptions and determine their potential business impact • Perform root-cause analysis across data-entry, process, system configuration, integration, and other sources of data-quality degradation • Partner with Salesforce Data Stewards to validate issues, prioritize remediation, and track resolution • Identify emerging data-quality risks before they materially affect business operations or reporting • Conduct data profiling and analysis for data-quality initiatives, audits, and remediation projects • Establish and maintain data-quality measurements and thresholds with the Data Quality Manager • Reconcile Salesforce data with other systems when discrepancies are identified • Assess downstream impacts on reporting, forecasting, customer management, revenue operations, and service processes • Support analysis of historical data and trends to identify recurring or systemic data-quality problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 2–5 years of experience working with Salesforce data analysis, business analysis, CRM analytics, and data quality • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and recurring analytical outputs • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce SOQL, SQL, and Excel • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain data and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
