📋 Description
• Conduct detailed examinations of commercial property records • Review chain of title and legal descriptions • Analyze complex commercial transactions • Apply underwriting guidelines consistently
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of title examination experience • Strong understanding of real estate law and commercial title insurance • Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail • Proficiency with title examination systems and county records platforms • Graduate degree required
