• Complete assigned tasks within stipulated turnaround times while meeting quality standards and adhering to company policies • Create color-coded maps for customers, title officers, and examiners using specialized applications • Perform basic assembly and imaging activities and collate information with guidance • Follow state-specific procedures to comply with legal and contractual obligations • Scan and extract documents from title reports into the document repository • Deliver maps and documents through customer-preferred delivery methods • Plot properties using DeedPlotter and identify coordinates • Identify documents required for post-production • Collect, organize, and aggregate exception information, title report documents, and maps from various sources
• Minimum of 13 years of formal education – Graduate • Professional work experience of 0 to 2 year • Knowledge of FAST, Eagle Pro, Eagle Search Product, ArcGis/ICO Maps, and Deed Plotter • Knowledge of Data Tree, Data Trace, RDRI, and Title Scan • Basic mathematical knowledge to accurately identify coordinates • Ability to read and interpret map-related information, geometrical data, rules, and regulations • Understanding of state-specific procedures and legal and contractual obligations • Ability to use specialized mapping, scanning, imaging, assembly, and document repository applications
