• Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses with guidance • Draft communication and engagement content using templates • Support delivery of training and readiness activities • Collect and summarize feedback from stakeholders • Track adoption metrics and prepare simple progress summaries • Collaborate with senior change practitioners to improve materials and processes
