📋 Description

• Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses with guidance • Draft communication and engagement content using templates • Support delivery of training and readiness activities • Collect and summarize feedback from stakeholders • Track adoption metrics and prepare simple progress summaries • Collaborate with senior change practitioners to improve materials and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years of change management experience • Professional certificates may be required for the role- Prosci preferred • Good understanding of Change Management Methodologies, Design Thinking, Agile, Lean and DevOps Principles • Basic fluency in a wide array of mixed-method research methodologies • Familiarity with personas, stakeholder mapping, impact analyses, road-mapping and other user experience methodologies • Good interpersonal, organizational, time management, negotiation, and collaboration skills
