• Expand pipeline of prospects and qualify decision makers • Introduce products and services and close business • Leverage existing network of brokers to schedule meetings • Build and expand the sales funnel through prospecting and lead generation • Educate brokers on telemedicine benefits and promote the First Stop Health model • Deliver quota of new business • Utilize CRM to record events and replicate sales milestones • Stay informed on industry trends and news • Maintain and improve processes by following standards and recommending new approaches
• Bachelor's degree preferred • Several years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales with demonstrated success • 2-4 years of experience in Employee Benefits, partnering with brokers and consultants within the health and wellbeing sector – ideally in telehealth or supplementary benefits preferred • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytical skills • Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment • Advanced level computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using Salesforce.com or other similar CRM tools to track sales activity • Must be detail- and process-oriented and scrupulously use our tools
