📋 Description
• Carry out consultations via video calls with pet owners and their pets • Assess the pet’s condition and recommend simple treatments or provide referrals to local veterinary clinics or specialists • Provide follow-up on cases through careful record-keeping and written feedback to clients • Provide expert support and advice through video consultations • Build trust with pet owners and provide clear, professional guidance throughout consultations
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of clinical experience working with small animals • Qualified veterinary surgeon • Registered to practice veterinary medicine in Finland • Fluent in Finnish and English • Experience with other animals is a plus • Strong communication skills • Ability to provide clear, professional guidance during consultations
