📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the business areas (Marketing, Sales, and Operations), turning challenges into analyses that guide decisions and deliver direct impact on results. • Develop and maintain the analytical layer in Databricks (Gold layer), ensuring consistent application of business rules and the reliability of KPIs. • Create executive Power BI dashboards focused on active management, combining quick performance insights with clear action guidance. • Structure and evolve the self-service analytics environment in Metabase, increasing the teams' autonomy in data exploration. • Conduct deep analyses to identify opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization. • Ensure consistency of indicators through metric governance and perform the technical calculation of commercial commissions.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced command of SQL for building complex queries and analyzing large volumes of data. • Experience with Databricks or similar data processing and modeling platforms. • Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, dimensional modeling (Star Schema), and visualization best practices. • Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely to different levels of the organization, connecting data to business decisions.
