• Conduct high-volume outreach (120–200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital • Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications • Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings • Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion • Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing
• 1–3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Paid Training - typically 1 week in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST) • Status - Full Time 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
