• Drive and deliver multiple complex programs simultaneously across the Five9 organization. • Own the program, anticipate, and mitigate risks whilst balancing business needs against technical constraints. • Build strong relationships between the Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, and various Business Operations, Finance, and Executives. • Ensure high quality deliveries and increase team productivity to implement strategy and execution. • Manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, surfacing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring outcomes align with company OKRs. • Drive program execution and measurable performance.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry. • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent. • Exceptional written and verbal communication. • A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on initiatives. • Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery. • Experience working with cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCP preferred). • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. • PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent.
