📋 Description

• Conduct active prospecting for new clients and opportunities through multiple outreach channels • Identify and qualify leads and business opportunities • Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospects and clients, ensuring opportunities progress through the sales funnel • Schedule and lead sales and needs-assessment meetings • Understand clients’ challenges and identify opportunities in Validation, Qualification, and digital solutions • Present FIVE Validation’s portfolio and conduct demonstrations of GO!FIVE, a digital validation tool • Prepare, present, and follow up on commercial proposals, negotiations, and the process through closing • Build client relationships and identify expansion opportunities and new projects • Keep the CRM, pipeline, activities, forecasts, and opportunity information up to date • Track sales targets and performance indicators and take an active role in achieving results

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) – required • Fluent English and Spanish – required • Experience with ERP, LIMS, MES, quality systems, and other GxP applications • Familiarity with URS, risk analysis, testing, validation evidence, and deviations • Strong verbal and written communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a consultative mindset • Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined in prospecting and conducting follow-ups • Organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously • Genuine interest in solving client problems • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for occasional visits to strategic clients • Previous experience with clients, presentations, CRM, or sales activities is a plus • Bachelor’s degree • Proficiency with MS Office tools • Strong Excel skills
