• Coordinate and oversee the commercial team, managing targets and performance indicators • Plan and execute commercial strategies • Manage sales pipeline and funnel • Support and develop the sales team • Analyze results and work on team performance, identifying improvement opportunities • Deliver training, provide feedback and create individual development plans (IDPs)

🎯 Requirements
