📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret product performance metrics, converting data into clear, actionable business insights. • Identify patterns, improvement opportunities, and potential risks through data analysis and customer profiling. • Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses that support strategic decisions for the product and business teams. • Map, document and optimize product operational processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability. • Establish standards, best practices, and governance mechanisms to support operations. • Coordinate and integrate initiatives across product, operations, data, technology, and other strategic areas of the organization. • Promote alignment among teams, ensuring decisions and priorities are consistent and data-driven. • Support launches, initiatives, and continuous improvement processes through accurate information and consistent analyses. • Support strategic discussions with internal and external partners, using data and insights as a foundation. • Translate business needs into structured recommendations for product, operations, and technology teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing processes or analyses that have generated measurable impact on products or operations. • Hands-on proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, Python, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, or other data analysis solutions. • Strong analytical profile with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions. • Generalist mindset, comfortable working across multiple areas simultaneously.
