📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and close new partnerships with strategic channels aligned with Flash’s Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) • Deliver sales training and enable partner teams • Ensure partners have a strong understanding of Flash’s solutions and maintain ongoing engagement • Assess channel customer bases to identify benefits gaps • Develop cross-sell strategies, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives • Lead sales meetings for opportunities generated by channel partners • Conduct consultative sales, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close new contracts • Manage the sales funnel in the CRM • Ensure accurate forecasting and track TPV (Total Payment Volume) and lives generated • Align activities with the channel’s recurring revenue and revenue targets • Bring market feedback and propose process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Channel Partnerships and B2B Sales, ideally in the employee benefits sector • Experience working end to end across prospecting/hunting, account management/farming, and direct sales/closing • Strong command of complex, consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, and Challenger • Practical expertise with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms • Experience using productivity and AI tools in the sales process • Experience managing channel performance metrics • Willingness to travel domestically, averaging one week per month, for strategic in-person meetings with channel partners and events
