📋 Description

• Support the development of strategic projects for the business units and the definition of short-, medium-, and long-term vision. • Conduct analyses and studies to propose new growth strategies, operational improvements, or productivity gains. • Track operational performance by developing KPIs, analyzing data and issues, supporting the creation of action plans, and defining success metrics. • Build models and conduct analyses to evaluate product lines or M&A opportunities. • Monitor competitors and perform benchmarking to help Flash stay ahead of the market. • Design and execute market research (quantitative and qualitative).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. • Analytical ability to interpret data and solve complex problems. • Flexible, hands-on profile. • Advanced English. • Advanced Excel. • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations. • Clear and objective communication. • Strategic mindset and ability to prioritize tasks. • Differentiators: • Previous experience in strategic consulting or in strategy, planning, or business analysis roles. • Experience in the benefits sector.
