📋 Description

• Work in agile teams, acting cross-functionally within the tribe as a Full Stack Engineer, performing maintenance and adding new features to the system using Node.js, Next.js, React and React Native; • Contribute to different teams across the tribe, supporting technical initiatives, knowledge sharing and best practices; • Bring innovation to day-to-day work by researching, experimenting and implementing new solutions and prototypes; • Define and maintain technical standards that provide autonomy, comfort and safety for more junior developers; • Promote technical alignment and collaboration between teams and departments; • Share knowledge, technologies and ideas that generate a positive impact; • Support the building of strong teams through team-building practices, rituals and internal events; • Foster the dissemination of Flash culture, encouraging continuous learning, feedback, celebrations and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, with proficiency in frameworks such as Node.js, NestJS, ReactJS and NextJS; • Strong experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB; • Experience building highly scalable microservices and implementing robust, secure APIs (REST, gRPC or GraphQL); • Deep knowledge of software architecture; • Solid experience with cloud tools and environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.); • Strong expertise in automated testing and observability; • Knowledge of message brokers, especially Kafka and BullMQ.
