📋 Description

• Lead high-impact architectural decisions (scale, performance, and sustainability); • Work cross-functionally across teams, ensuring technical consistency; • Influence technology strategy alongside leadership; • Raise the team's technical level through mentoring and best practices; • Define and evolve engineering standards (architecture, quality, observability, security); • Work with metrics (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs) to ensure system health; • Promote a data-driven culture and continuous improvement; • Foster innovation and experimentation; • Promote best practices, including the strategic use of AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React; • Extensive experience with distributed systems and microservices; • Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL or RPC); • Experience with high-scale production systems; • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar); • Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and observability; • Ability to influence technical and business decisions; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • AI applied to engineering • Knows how to determine what should be delegated to AI versus what requires human judgment; • Specifies goals and context before issuing any prompt; • Designs contracts and interfaces before generating code with AI; • Pre-defines what AI should not generate; • Deliberately scopes context to avoid context poisoning; • Critically evaluates outputs to ensure quality and compliance.
