đź“‹ Description

• Open up the German market for Flexis' electrified last-mile delivery product in the Eastern region • Collaborate with sales and customers to develop tailored vehicle and software solutions • Enable centralized control of drivers, fleet, and goods including roadside assistance, predictive maintenance, charging management, driver suite, route planning, and goods management • Identify potential prospects, acquire new high-value projects, and win new customers • Handle leads from investor network and build long-term relationships with key customers • Analyze customer needs and adapt solution scope to customer processes and systems • Lead commercial negotiations and conclude high-value contracts • Continuously observe and analyze the market and competitors

🎯 Requirements

• Main residence: Berlin region • Motivation to use skills for a more sustainable world • Experience in key account management or sales (ideally in logistics, transportation, leasing and financing, fleet management, electromobility, or automotive software and online solutions) • Ability to acquire high-value projects and manage complex cross-department acquisition processes • Strong customer orientation and willingness to learn • Teamwork and agile way of working • Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tool Salesforce • German native level or C1/C2 proficiency; good English skills
