Flip is the AI employee experience platform for frontline and deskless workers. The platform unites internal communications, HR self-service (payslips, time-off, onboarding), AI-native intranet, AI workflows, and frontline identity management into a single, mobile-first app that works on any device — including shared phones without corporate email. Flip includes an AI layer (Flip Intelligence / Ask AI), an app builder and integrations with existing tools (SharePoint, Teams, HR systems), and targets industries with large deskless workforces. Customers cited include Ben & Jerry’s, Bosch, KFC and PENNY, demonstrating use across retail, food service, manufacturing and logistics.

📋 Description

• Prospect Research & Preparation: You analyze target companies — their industry, structure, and challenges. In this process you ask yourself questions like: "How do people in the factories or retail stores there do their work? What challenges do they face in their daily routines?" You collect and structure insights to tailor our approach. • Business Case Development: You help build a compelling case for each customer — why Flip, why now, and why it’s a fit. This can be a financial model, a strategic framework, or both. • Market & Competitive Intelligence: You assess how competing solutions are positioned and where Flip has advantages. • Understanding Technical Environments: You support the mapping of a customer's IT landscape. You have initial coding experience or a basic understanding of how software works — this helps you quickly grasp technical contexts and speak knowledgeably with IT stakeholders. • Team Support: You assist with demos, RFPs (tenders), and the creation of materials that the whole team will use going forward.

🎯 Requirements

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field — ideally enrolled in a Master’s program or an advanced Bachelor’s degree. • You think in a structured way, adapt quickly to new topics, and get things done. • You communicate clearly and persuasively — in German (fluent, ideally native-equivalent) and in English. • Prior experience in consulting, sales, business development, or a startup is a plus — but not required. More important is that you learn fast and have a hands-on mentality. • An interest in B2B software, SaaS, or tech companies is an advantage — if you don’t have one yet, you’ll develop it here!
