📋 Description

• Own the technical side of enterprise onboardings from initial architecture discussions through stable live rollouts at scale • Design and implement identity and authentication integrations, including OIDC, Entra ID, and Frontline Identity • Design and implement user provisioning with SCIM • Build REST API integrations and connections to HR and operations systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and UKG • Advise and enable customer IT teams, partners, and external development partners • Build initial integrations or prototypes when needed to prove an approach or unblock a rollout • Provide documentation and handover support so customer teams can operate solutions independently • Lead the deployment of agents, MCP-based tool access, and agent-to-agent scenarios at enterprise customers • Define authentication and data boundaries for AI implementations • Work with customer project management, IT, security, functional departments, and works councils • Feed customer-discovered gaps back to product and engineering teams • Travel regularly to customer sites, approximately 10–30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 to 5 or more years of experience in IT or tech consulting, customer engineering, forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or SaaS implementation • Real enterprise exposure • Hands-on experience with enterprise integration and identity, including SSO and authentication using OIDC, OAuth, Entra ID, or comparable technologies • Experience with REST APIs and API-based integrations in enterprise IT environments • Customer-facing technical responsibility in enterprise projects • Ability to make technical decisions with IT, security, and functional departments • Technical depth to read code, review designs, debug integrations, and build working prototypes • German at C1 level or above • Fluent English • Provisioning experience with SCIM preferred • Experience with HR or workforce systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG preferred • Current understanding of agentic AI, MCP, A2A, EMA, and related authentication questions preferred • Prior Customer Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer experience at a product company preferred • Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n preferred • Comfort with logs, metrics, and dashboards preferred • Experience with German co-determination and enterprise data protection preferred • Legally eligible to work in the European Union or United Kingdom without visa sponsorship
