📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of enterprise onboardings, from the initial architecture discussion through to a stable rollout. • Design and deliver identity and authentication solutions using OIDC, Entra ID, and Frontline Identity. • Implement SCIM provisioning, REST APIs, and integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, and operational systems. • Guide and enable customer IT teams, partners, and external development partners in delivering robust solutions that they can operate independently. • Build initial integrations or prototypes when this accelerates the rollout, then document and hand them over. • Design agents, MCP tool access, and agent-to-agent scenarios in enterprise environments, including authentication and data boundaries. • Align requirements with project management, IT, Security, business departments, and works councils, and make technical decisions. • Report identified product and engineering gaps. • Travel to customers regularly, approximately 10 to 30 percent of the time.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 5 years (or more) of experience in IT or technology consulting, Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or SaaS implementation, with substantial enterprise experience. • Hands-on experience with enterprise integration and identity: SSO and authentication (OIDC, OAuth, Entra ID, or comparable technologies), REST APIs, and API-based integrations delivered in real-world enterprise IT environments. • Technical ownership on the customer side in enterprise projects, making technical decisions together with IT, Security, and business departments—not merely coordinating them. • Strong technical depth without writing product code full-time: you can read code, review a design, debug an integration, and build a working prototype. • C1-level German or higher and fluent English. • Experience with SCIM provisioning and integrations with HR or workforce systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG (nice to have). • A well-founded, up-to-date understanding of agentic AI, including MCP, A2A, EMA, and related authentication considerations (nice to have). • Previous experience as a Customer Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer at a product company (nice to have). • Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools, logs, metrics, dashboards, employee representation, or data protection in enterprise environments (nice to have). • Legal authorization to work in the European Union or the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
