📋 Description

• Build and nurture an engaged community of photographers and creators across social, email, and owned channels, while leading brand awareness initiatives that position the brand as the premium choice in the camera bag category. • Own digital marketing across paid, organic, email and lifecycle, SEO, and content, with clear accountability for growth metrics and omnichannel performance across DTC and B2B channels. • Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping/Performance Max, YouTube, Display) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), including campaign structure, audience segmentation, creative testing, and bid management. • Plan and execute product launch campaigns from teaser through post-launch, coordinating across creative, web, retail, and B2B stakeholders. • Use AI tools to improve and streamline marketing workflows, including content creation, campaign briefs, creative iteration, and reporting, while staying current on emerging AI marketing capabilities. • Analyze performance data and iterate quickly, managing budgets, forecasting spend, and reporting clearly on ROAS, CAC, and blended efficiency across channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience, including significant time growing an early-stage DTC and B2B brand across multiple channels. • Demonstrated, hands-on success establishing and optimizing digital advertising on Google and Meta platforms, with a clear track record of improving ROAS and lowering CAC. • Proven omnichannel marketing expertise spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, SEO, content, and retail/B2B channels. • Experience marketing across multiple regions including Asia, North America, and Europe, with the ability to adapt brand and campaigns accordingly. • Experience improving marketing processes with AI tools, including AI-powered design and creative platforms. • Strong visual sensibility, storytelling ability, and experience building community and brand from the ground up. • A genuine interest in or background in photography and travel — understanding the customer from the inside is a meaningful advantage in this role.
