📋 Description

• Prepare and publish product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality before content goes live • Organize, format, and refine product descriptions to improve readability and maintain consistent presentation across the catalog • Review product information for completeness and accuracy, and apply standardized formatting and naming conventions to all listings • Categorize products and assign appropriate attributes using established guidelines • Organize product images to meet presentation standards • Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information and communicate it to the team, following documented workflows and SOPs • Contribute to improving workflows, documentation, and quality standards over time

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Excellent written English communication • Advanced English (C1+) • Strong computer literacy • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel • Effective file management skills • Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of product information • Comfortable learning new software, e-commerce platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce preferred • Basic image editing preferred • Basic SEO principles preferred • Full-time availability aligned with EST
