📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned client projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with approved strategies. • Build and maintain project timelines, tasks, and dependencies using project management software such as Teamwork, ensuring progress and deadlines are consistently tracked. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities across departments to maintain project momentum and clarity of ownership. • Monitor time tracking, task completion, and project scope to ensure projects remain within defined parameters and maintain accurate project records. • Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to internal stakeholders through regular status reporting and project meetings. • Identify timeline risks, scope changes, or resource constraints early and escalate issues when needed to maintain project delivery and team capacity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a project management role within a marketing agency, digital agency, or performance-driven environment. • Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects, typically handling several active accounts simultaneously. • Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, dependencies, and workloads. • Familiarity with time tracking, scope monitoring, and documenting project updates and approvals. • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead internal meetings and coordinate project updates.
