• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms • Develop strategies to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS • Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets (copy, visuals, video) • Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms • Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new opportunities • Monitor competitors and identify new strategies to stay competitive
• 4–7 years of experience in paid media, social media advertising, or media buying (preferably in e-commerce or CPG brands) • Strong experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube • Proven ability to manage large budgets and achieve strong ROAS • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards • Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies • Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad concepts and briefs • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills • Ability to adapt quickly and stay up to date with trends and new strategies
