📋 Description

• Assess and formulate SEO strategies for large to enterprise clients, tying work directly to lead generation and revenue outcomes • Lead technical SEO, on-page optimization, content planning, and link building • Oversee the client portfolio as the primary point of contact • Develop and apply AI Search and GEO strategies • Optimize organic Reddit and YouTube visibility • Analyze behavioral data to inform on-site CRO and CRM messaging strategies • Host client status calls • Track and report on campaign results • Monitor search engine algorithm updates • Partner with the sales team on audits, custom strategy development, and pitch materials • Contribute to team processes and reporting frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of SEO agency experience • Quantifiable track record of generating leads or revenue, not just traffic or ranking improvements • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals • Active, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day SEO workflows • Working familiarity with Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience leading client relationships • Advanced English (C1+) • Must be based in LATAM
