📋 Description

• Create real visibility into burn, runway, and unit economics. • Own budgets, business financial models, and forecasts. • Work alongside a Fractional CFO to prepare monthly financials. • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy, scalability, and automation of financial reporting. • Own accounting/controller responsibilities and oversight. • Own and manage the tax process across our MSO/PC structure. • Own billing and collections, end-to-end. • Drive efforts to close the gap in the difference between net and gross revenue by owning billing analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Has served in a finance or strategy leadership role at a startup or high-growth environment • 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, strategy, investment banking, private equity, and operating roles • Includes 2+ years of early-stage startup operating experience • Includes 4+ years of people management experience • Can include supplemental relevant experience with this patient population • Experience building financial models and operating financial systems from the ground up • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, especially with MSO/PC corporate structure • Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration, and operations building • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and at a detailed execution level • Must be at least 18 years old.
