• Responsible for the delivery of our portfolio of global IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with governance and enterprise architecture standards. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; establish contingency plans to minimize impacts on timelines and costs. • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into the portfolio's health and progress. • Manage the financial aspects of the portfolio, including budgeting and cost control. • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. • Collaborate with governance, network, and security teams to ensure all projects meet compliance and framework requirements. • Responsible for the Management of 5 IT Project Managers located in US, EMEA and APAC
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 5–7 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in project management within IT infrastructure environments. • Advanced project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk mitigation. • Proficiency in managing project budgets and financial forecasts. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
