📋 Description

• Execute and monitor lead engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with the customer journey and conversion goals • Document defined strategies and break them down into clear, contextualized tasks for the teams involved, ensuring information reaches all teams complete • Manage spreadsheets, documents, and project management tools to efficiently control tasks and launch schedules, tracking what has been completed and what needs to be unblocked • Work closely with developers and engineers to ensure pages are implemented technically within deadlines • Conduct market and competitor research, identify opportunities, and propose strategic adjustments • Apply critical judgment to deliverables, proposing improvements in copy, layout, and funnel structure with a focus on performance and user experience • Monitor launch performance metrics, suggesting data-driven optimizations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, templates, and processes in the area

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating projects, launches, and digital marketing • Strong interpersonal maturity: enforce deadlines, align expectations, and communicate effectively across different teams and seniority levels without creating friction • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar) and data analysis using spreadsheets and dashboards • Generalist and curious profile, willing to work across different marketing fronts • Attention to detail and critical thinking: you don't approve a deliverable just because it met the deadline
