📋 Description

• Build and grow relationships with equine veterinarians, specialty hospitals, and key industry stakeholders within your territory. • Prospect new business through cold outreach, referrals, conferences, webinars, and marketing-generated leads. • Schedule and conduct meetings, product presentations, and customer demonstrations to educate prospects on Fluxergy’s diagnostic solutions. • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial outreach through deal closure and customer onboarding. • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, follow-up tasks, and customer insights within CRM systems. • Partner closely with Account Management, Marketing, Application Science, and Operations to support customer success and testing utilization. • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence. • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering a strong customer

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience; equine, veterinary, animal health, or medical diagnostics experience strongly preferred. • Strong ties to the equine community through ranching, horse ownership, equestrian competition, veterinary work, breeding, training, or similar experience. • Proven ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships. • Experience with prospecting, cold outreach, and managing a sales pipeline. • Comfort learning technical or scientific products and explaining complex concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way. • Experience using CRM tools to track activity, opportunities, and follow-up. • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent time management, organization, and territory planning skills. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while staying highly accountable. • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred but not required. • Veterinary technician experience or equine-specific certifications. • Background in veterinary diagnostics, animal health, or medical diagnostics. • Experience selling into veterinary clinics or hospital environments.
