📋 Description

• Partner with founders, product leads and stakeholders to turn business goals into customer experiences • Lead design end-to-end from discovery and research through interaction design and production-ready execution • Balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals • Collaborate with clients, PMs and engineers to set direction and ship high-quality work • Bring a point of view on craft and process • Stay current with new technologies and design trends

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading product design end-to-end, from strategy through production-ready execution • Strong judgment and process skills, including knowing when to conduct deep research and when to move fast • Strong UX foundations across research, interaction design, user testing and accessibility • Strong visual craft across layout, typography, iconography, color and motion • Ability to deliver polished, production-ready work • Excellent written, visual and spoken communication and presentation skills • Experience presenting directly to clients • Experience collaborating with clients, PMs and engineers • Ability to manage expectations, navigate disagreement and maintain alignment • Experience shipping with startups or founding teams • Comfort building from zero without established design foundations or processes • Experience working with US clients (European clients a plus) • Portfolio required as part of the application
