📋 Description

• Collaborate with the design manager and team to develop wireframes and gather visual references reflecting client goals • Turn wireframes into high-fidelity designs, considering the overall story, key message and conversion moments • Transform pages visually while following brand guidelines • Design conversion-focused B2B landing pages • Design story-driven pages with motion and complex/3D graphics • Coordinate with visual and motion designers to bring pages to life • Choose visuals and interactions supporting the site's story, messaging and goals • Use AI workflows to improve work speed and expand capabilities • Coordinate with the team to analyze site performance and conversion rates and improve landing pages • Work with overlap during Eastern Time business hours until 3:00 p.m. ET

🎯 Requirements

• Strong UI design skills and a solid UX foundation, including system building, flows and structure • Understanding of AI workflows and how they can support design and agency work • Foundational UX writing skills for filling in microcopy and CTAs • Expert-level Figma skills • Familiarity with Webflow or Framer, or a good understanding of how designs get built and animated • Strategic thinking and ability to explain design decisions • Strong portfolio showing visual taste and awareness of current web design • Meticulous eye for alignment, visual consistency and polish • Experience designing marketing and branded websites • Initiative to keep projects moving and identify useful next steps when blocked • Openness to constructive feedback, ownership of work and focus on solutions • Ability to write clearly about projects, role and learnings is a bonus • Naturally curious and proactive in sharing trends, references and ideas
