📋 Description
• Manage travel fulfillment activities for flights, hotels, and related services. • Ensure timely issuance of tickets, confirmations, and travel documents. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfill customer requirements. • Handle booking amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissues. • Monitor fulfillment performance and service quality metrics. • Resolve operational issues and escalations efficiently. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and travel policies. • Support junior team members and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in travel fulfillment or travel operations. • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
