📋 Description
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for one or more product/engineering squads, keeping them focused and outcome driven • Act as a servant-leader and coach to build self-organizing, high-performing teams • Identify, track, and remove impediments and dependencies, escalating cross-team blockers • Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized, delivery-ready backlogs • Protect teams from scope creep and distractions while maintaining a sustainable delivery pace • Ensure consistent application of the defined Agile playbook and agreed ways of working • Track and communicate delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and predictability • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum, and Kanban • Manage risks and stakeholder expectations with clear visibility into progress and blockers • Mentor the junior Scrum Master and support the broader agile community of practice • Contribute to scaling Agile ways of working as the organization grows
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in agile delivery as a Scrum Master serving software/product engineering teams • Proven track record of coaching teams to measurable improvements in delivery and quality • Deep practical understanding of Scrum and Kanban • Ability to adapt Agile frameworks to context • Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills • Experience working with Product Owners and engineering leads in a modern software environment • Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud, and cross-functional teams • Ability to coach and influence without direct authority at team and leadership levels • Fluent English • Required recognized Scrum Master certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
