📋 Description
• Monitor and manage automated travel booking processes. • Identify opportunities to automate operational workflows and reduce manual tasks. • Investigate booking exceptions and automation failures. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance automation capabilities. • Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements. • Ensure compliance with airline, hotel, and travel supplier policies. • Develop and maintain operational documentation and process guidelines. • Support system testing and implementation of new automation features.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Tourism, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in travel operations, automation, or process improvement. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with travel booking systems and operational workflows. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
