📋 Description

• Design and build operational dashboards (Looker Studio / G-Suite ecosystem) • Structure data sources for reporting (Sheets models, imports, transformations) • Create lightweight automations using AppScript, Google Workspace integrations, Zapier, and similar tools • Support integrations between tools (HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace; nice to have: Productive) • Prepare clear documentation to hand over solutions to internal teams • Ensure high standards of data security, access control, and compliance • Provide technical consultation on best practices in data architecture and BI tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets (advanced formulas, queries, pivots) and AppScript • Proficiency in building dashboards in Looker Studio • Experience with automation platforms (Zapier or equivalents) • Ability to independently translate business needs into working data/dashboards/automations • Experience integrating SaaS tools (HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, etc.) • Strong sense of data privacy, security, and compliance • Excellent organisational skills and reliability in remote/async collaboration • Very good English (spoken and written)
