📋 Description

• Process daily payment and foreign exchange transactions timely and accurately and deliver exceptional service to all payers and beneficiaries • Resolve payment related enquiries promptly and independently • Follow strong financial controls and operate consistently within our regulatory and safeguarding policies • Maintain cash balances globally to ensure liquidity to meet all deliverables • Identify processing inefficiencies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to resolve promptly • Understand cash management and FX trading impacts on Reconciliation / Accounting processes • Help to train and mentor new team members and help maintain training documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree with 3+ years experience in payments, finance or banking operations • Exceptional attention to detail, sense of urgency / deadline and strong organizational skills • Great communication and collaboration skills • A positive, can-do attitude motivated to drive ongoing, continuous improvement • Fluent English, written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage) • Ability to work with minimum supervision and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment • Possess a willingness and eagerness to learn with a passion for problem solving and helping customers • Excellent analytical and computer skills including proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.) • Previous team lead or mentoring experience an advantage
