📋 Description

• Ensure the safe and efficient movement of loads in the industrial environment, contributing to productive operations and the company’s quality and safety standards. • Operate forklifts to transport, store, and organize materials on the production floor. • Perform pre-operation equipment checklists, ensuring equipment is in proper working condition. • Identify situations that may affect task execution and act proactively to ensure personal and team safety. • Perform activities following internal standards, safety regulations, and operational guidelines. • Participate in working groups of the quality program (MTP), contributing suggestions and improvements in the area. • Work collaboratively, maintaining good interpersonal relations on the production floor. • Support the production flow according to the demands of the industrial area.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical education is desirable. • Experience operating forklifts with NR 11 certification. • Driver's license category B (CNH). • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). • Experience or familiarity with an industrial environment is a plus. • Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, and Daily Management) is a plus. • Availability to work a 4x4 shift schedule (day and night shifts).
