📋 Description

• Validate requests and support project needs analysis • Participate in defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resources • Develop and track project plans • Monitor progress, deadlines, deliverables, and potential deviations • Support replanning in response to changes in requirements or priorities • Organize status meetings and document decisions and next steps • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders • Support the coordination of multidisciplinary teams • Keep project documentation organized and up to date • Support the transition of deliverables into operations • Use AI tools to support project management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of project management fundamentals • Project scheduling and tracking • Organization of requests, activities, and deliverables • Understanding of scope and resource management • Recording and tracking decisions and next steps • Knowledge of predictive approaches, such as Waterfall • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Scrum • Kanban • Familiarity with project management tools • Interest in and familiarity with AI applied to planning, organization, tracking, and productivity activities • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in a technical program • Availability to work full-time
