• Develop and cultivate relationships with RIAs, family offices, CIOs, and sophisticated wealth management firms. • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and networking. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective advisor relationships. • Convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships and ETF allocations. • Expand the firm's presence within the evidence-based investing community. • Educate advisors on ETF implementation, portfolio construction, tax-efficient investing, and long-term investment strategies. • Serve as a trusted resource for advisors evaluating investment implementation decisions. • Differentiate the firm's investment philosophy through thoughtful, consultative conversations. • Build credibility and long-term relationships based on trust and expertise. • Partner with leadership to refine business development strategy and market positioning. • Contribute to marketing initiatives, advisor education, and thought leadership content. • Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and advisor meetings. • Provide market feedback to help shape future product positioning and growth initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in ETF distribution, asset management, wealth management, or financial advisor business development. • Demonstrated success developing new business and cultivating advisor relationships. • Strong understanding of ETFs, portfolio construction, investment markets, and evidence-based investing principles. • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to explain complex investment concepts in a clear and practical manner. • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership. • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and pipeline management skills. • Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Bachelor's degree preferred; industry licenses (Series 7, 63, 65, or CFA) are beneficial but not required.
• Base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. • The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. • Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k). • The firm will also consider support for further education and/or industry designations. • Our culture rewards personal growth opportunities from strong performance.
