📋 Description

• Drive data-informed product strategy: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of user behavior, product metrics, and market data to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses. • Shape cross-product strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders across product suites to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensure consistent user experiences, and build platform capabilities that unlock value across multiple products. • Drive execution excellence: Define success metrics and OKRs, manage cross-functional dependencies, and lead agile development processes to deliver high-quality products on schedule. • Communicate effectively and lead: Clearly articulate the product vision, provide direction to your team, and foster collaboration across functions. • Measure success and iterate: Define, instrument, and analyze product performance metrics to understand impact and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML products or data analytics platforms. • Deep understanding of modern AI technologies including machine learning, agentic AI systems, generative AI, and their practical applications. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value and make data-driven product decisions. • Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces challenges with a "can-do" attitude, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. • Track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-powered or analytics products from 0-to-1 and beyond. • Exceptional ability to work across product teams and functional areas to drive alignment on cross-product initiatives and platform strategies. • Able to clearly communicate ideas, build consensus, and influence others across the organization.
