📋 Description

• Manage your own portfolio of customers as their first point of contact by phone, email, or video call • Conduct customer onboarding • Build long-term, trusting customer relationships • Analyze product usage, identify issues and opportunities, and proactively address them • Work closely with Sales and Marketing • Bring the customer perspective to the team • Take ownership of your own projects and actively help shape the company

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills: You can explain complex topics clearly and understandably and strike the right tone, whether on the phone, by email, or on a call. • Customer-service orientation and a confident manner • Initiative and a proactive approach • Results-oriented mindset • German proficiency at least at C1 level, both written and spoken • English proficiency at least at B2 level, both written and spoken • Commercial training, a university degree, or comparable qualifications (nice to have) • Initial experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service (nice to have) • Confident use of CRM and ticketing systems (nice to have) • Knowledge of additional European languages (nice to have)
