📋 Description

• Inspect product updates before launch • Oversee the quality assurance process throughout the product development lifecycle • Define functional and performance tests • Develop test frameworks and automation across backend, frontend, and mobile surfaces • Build API, contract, service-level, integration, web E2E, component, visual, RTL, mobile, performance, and load-testing coverage • Manage shared fixtures, environments, test data, parallelization, and CI pipelines • Generate and maintain tests from specifications, code, and production traffic • Triage failures as bugs, flakes, environment issues, or test rot • Develop self-healing locators and suite-health tooling • Build AI-feature evaluation infrastructure with datasets, scoring, and regression detection • Evaluate Arabic and English behavior, RTL interfaces, and region-specific POS, tax, and payment rules • Build agentic AI workflows that read diffs, run suites, reproduce failures, propose fixes, and open pull requests • Develop end-to-end exploratory testing, coverage-gap detection, release-risk assessment, and human-escalation workflows • Orchestrate planning, tool use, retries, state, memory, sandboxed execution, and multi-agent handoffs • Integrate with CI, Jira, observability, and MCP-style tool interfaces • Apply context engineering, reliability practices, and LLM operations including tracing, prompt/version management, latency and cost budgeting, model routing, and fine-tuning or distillation decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Recent hands-on experience with LLM-backed systems that real users depend on • Strong Python skills • Comfortable in at least one of .NET, Java, or TypeScript • Experience shipping tested, maintained production software rather than notebooks • Automation experience across more than one surface • Experience owning release-gating test suites for backend and web or mobile UI • Experience building evaluation systems and measuring improvement with numbers • Practical knowledge of prompting, structured output, tool use, retrieval, and agentic AI orchestration • Understanding of trade-offs in modern LLM systems • Strong testing fundamentals, including test design, automation frameworks, and CI/CD • Bias toward adoption and measuring engineering work by usage • Knowledge of Playwright, Appium, or Maestro • Knowledge of API, contract, service-level, integration, web E2E, component, visual, RTL, mobile, performance, and load testing • Knowledge of agentic AI orchestration, multi-step planning, memory and state, sandboxed execution, multi-agent patterns, MCP-style tool integration, context engineering, evaluation, reliability, and LLM operations
