📋 Description

• Work directly with the founders across all core areas: acquisitions, operations, strategy, and scaling • Analyze a potential acquisition and prepare meetings with entrepreneurial families • Develop a financial model or structure the deal process • Collaborate with production managers on topics such as automation, efficiency, or operational control directly on the shop floor • Switch between strategy and hands‑on execution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in industry, manufacturing, and technological transformation • Understanding of production processes, automation, or industrial value creation • High degree of ownership and a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach • Ability to switch between operational detail and strategic thinking • Very strong analytical skills • Fluent German and very good English • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week within Germany • Experience in environments that demand high speed, personal responsibility, and analytical excellence (e.g., consulting, investing, industry, or company building)
