📋 Description

• Delivery of live online instruction: You lead virtual training sessions and convey practical, hands-on knowledge to participants. • Support and advising: You assist training participants throughout the entire course and support them with questions and concerns. • Preparation and follow-up of trainings: You ensure that training measures and courses run smoothly by preparing and following them up carefully. • Continuous professional development: You continuously expand your expertise in your area and in additional fields such as ITIL®, Scrum, PRINCE2®, DevOps, AI topics, agile methods, Design Thinking and other approaches. • Acquisition and imparting of certifications: You regularly obtain new certifications and pass this knowledge on to participants as part of your training. • Creation of training materials: You develop and optimize teaching materials tailored to the needs of learners.

🎯 Requirements

• You are an experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (m/f/d) and hold the necessary course certificates. • You have teaching experience in adult education, ideally in the area of subsidized training. • You enjoy teaching and support participants in developing their competencies. • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. • You are motivated to continuously further your education and to learn new technologies or methods. • You work independently and in a structured manner, but are also a team player.
