📋 Description

• You conduct practical, hands-on product training for clients and employees • You plan, organize, and support internal training as well as train-the-trainer, end-user, and key-user programs, from preparation through follow-up • You develop innovative training concepts and bring new ideas to knowledge transfer • You create modern learning materials, e.g., e-learning modules and training videos • You assist in creating and maintaining process documentation (e.g., in Confluence) • You work closely with our healthcare clients in hospital settings and act as a competent point of contact

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a hospital environment, ideally with an IT focus • Experience designing and delivering trainings and workshops • Knowledge of adult education is a plus • Strong communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to new situations • Willingness to travel regularly for on-site assignments in hospitals • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • English skills are an advantage
