📋 Description
• Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end • Translate complex operational workflows into scalable product capabilities • Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define systems architecture • Build tools and workflows for Client Success, Partnerships, and Clinical Operations • Set the strategy for the Food Access & Benefits pod with full autonomy
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments • A track record of launching new products end-to-end • Direct experience working with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams • Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools • Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with benefits management platforms or government health program operations • Exposure to food retail, food ordering, or supply chain partnerships
